*STOP THE USE OF CHILD SOLDIERS! The title of the album and it’s title track, The Little Ones, was inspired by the horrific use of child soldiers worldwide. Children as young as 6 are abducted from their homes and sent to fight on the front lines of wars. It is a widespread and overlooked form of serious child maltreatment. We can’t think of anything worse. In response, we (Jon Caspi & The First Gun) are proud to be supporting HOPE NORTH, a school in northern Uganda working to protect and educate children faced with child soldier experience.
